The CEOess Room is a private, quarterly gathering of women who lead with character, operate with integrity, and build with intention. Twelve to fourteen women. One room. Two hours of real conversation, honest exchange, and the kind of connection that actually moves the needle.

Every seat in this room is hand-selected through an application process. We do not screen for titles, revenue, or following. We screen for character — how you show up, how you treat people, and whether you're the kind of woman who makes a room better just by being in it.
